At its center is a hand-carved and polished mother-of-pearl heart, accented with a turquoise stone. It is accompanied by articulated fish charms, an amazonite hexagon with a golden butterfly, a larimar star, a natural pearl, and delicate coral charms finished in turquoise resin enamel.

Each element is carefully assembled and finished in 24-karat gold plating, creating a piece rich in texture, movement, and luminosity.
